Set up or reset your password
- Enter your registered email address in the box below and click Email setup or reset link. If the address matches an active GCLI account, we will email the appropriate link to that address.
- Open the email titled Set up your GCLI password for a first-time account, or Reset your GCLI password for an existing account, and follow the link. It is valid for 24 hours and can be used once.
- Choose and save a new password, then return to sign in with the same email address and your new password.
I cannot remember my registered email address
- Search your usual work and personal inboxes for GCLI, Set up your GCLI password, Reset your GCLI password, or Your GCLI account is ready. Check which address received those messages.
- Check your browser or password manager for a saved login for portal.gcli.site. The saved username may be your registered email address.
- If you are still signed in on another device, open My GCLI and check your account email.
If you still cannot identify it, contact GCLI Support. Include your full name, institution, programme, and the email addresses you may have used, so they can check your registration.
The reset email has not arrived
- Allow a few minutes, then check spam, junk, and any institutional quarantine folder.
- Search for Set up your GCLI password or Reset your GCLI password. Check that you entered the correct address without a typing error.
- If necessary, request another link using your registered address and use the most recent email.
The confirmation on this page does not confirm that an address is registered. For privacy, it is the same whether or not an account matches.
If these checks do not help, contact GCLI Support with your name, institution, the address you entered, and when you requested the link. Mention any error message.
I no longer have access to that email account
You must be able to open the registered inbox to use this reset method. Contact GCLI Support to request an account email update. The team will need to verify your identity. Include your name, institution, old address, and an address where you can now be reached. Entering a different address here will not update your account.
I have never set a GCLI password
If you already have a GCLI account but have not set a password, enter your registered email address above to receive a link and choose your first password. This page does not create a new account. If you are unsure whether you have an account, contact GCLI Support.
OISC delegates using a shared Delegate Access Code do not reset that code here. Ask your Faculty Advisor for the code.
Contact GCLI Support. Never send anyone your password or the setup/reset link from your email.
