Before you sign in.

Choose the access method that matches your role. Detailed programme manuals become available after you sign in; they are not published on this page.

Delegates: Access Code

Use the Delegate Access Code sent in the OISC organizer email. This is not a personal password and is intended for the current delegate cycle.

Open the OISC Delegate / Faculty Portal.
Select Delegate Access Code.
Copy the code exactly as sent, without a space before or after it.

The code is distributed to delegates by email. Faculty Advisors can also find the designated placeholder in the usual Google Folder.

Faculty Advisors: GCLI account

Faculty Advisors use an individual GCLI email and password. Faculty access is not provided through the Delegate Access Code.

Open the GCLI sign-in page.
Sign in with the email registered to your GCLI account.
Return to the OISC Portal; eligible Faculty Advisors see the faculty view automatically.

Do not share an individual GCLI password or Faculty-only portal information with delegates.

Access-code troubleshooting

Confirm the method: Delegates enter an Access Code. Faculty Advisors use GCLI email and password.
Use the latest message: Check the most recent OISC organizer email before trying an earlier code.
Copy carefully: Remove any spaces that may have been copied before or after the code.
Ask for help: Contact the organizers with your name, institution, and whether you are a delegate or Faculty Advisor.

After you sign in

Delegates can open the protected Delegate Manual for the programme steps and direct portal links. Eligible Faculty Advisors can open the protected Faculty Manual for roster, programme, and faculty-only guidance.
